Prologue

Tuan N. Le

M.Sc. student in Theoretical Physics at VNUHCM – University of Science, Ho Chi Minh City.
Trained first as a mechanical engineer, I now measure the masses of black holes with the Galaxy Dynamics Lab (University of Michigan) and the USAC Astrophysics Research Group, where I currently serve as deputy lead — and I am the research mentor for the USAC Astronomy Club.

"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious."

Observational Facilities

Alongside the Galaxy Dynamics Lab and the USAC Astrophysics Research Group, I work with data and mock observations from these observatories — measuring what is already visible, and rehearsing what the next generation of telescopes will let us see.

Outreach & Public Talks

As Scientific Research Mentor of the USAC Astronomy Club, I help guide student research and occasionally speak at public seminars.

Between Stars and Pages

Physics asks how the universe moves. Philosophy and literature ask what it means that we are here to ask. I keep a running notebook where the two conversations meet.

"Two things fill the mind with ever new and increasing admiration and awe… the starry heavens above me and the moral law within me." — Immanuel Kant, Critique of Practical Reason
